Disability Pride Fest

Saturday, July 26
12PM – 5PM
Warner Park, Madison

Disabled people are dramatically overrepresented in jails and prisons. Many are criminalized for behaviors related to unmet needs, poverty, or a lack of community support. Inside, they often face inaccessible facilities, inadequate medical care, and punitive isolation instead of accommodation. Rather than being supported, disabled people are too often surveilled, incarcerated, and silenced. We believe in a world where access, care, and dignity replace cages.

This July 26 we’ll be at the annual Disability Pride Fest at Warner Park in Madison. The event is open and free to all and goes from 12PM to 5PM. See you there!
